These terms apply to all bookings, sessions, and subscriptions made through carinahenriques.co.uk. By booking a session or subscribing to Mindful Minis, you agree to these terms.

1. About us

Carina Henriques offers Oxygen Advantage Breathwork classes, Quantum Holographic Echo Healing (QHEH) sessions, and the Mindful Minis children’s wellbeing magazine, based in Penarth, South Wales.

2. Bookings

2.1 Making a booking Bookings for individual sessions (QHEH) and group classes (Oxygen Advantage Breathwork) are made through our online booking system and confirmed by email.

2.2 Cancellations by you

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your scheduled session are eligible for a reschedule to another available slot, at no additional charge.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of your session are non-refundable and non-transferable, as your slot will have been reserved and cannot typically be filled at short notice.
• No-shows (failing to attend without prior notice) are treated the same as a late cancellation and are non-refundable.

2.3 Rescheduling If you need to move your session to a different date or time, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance where possible, and we will do our best to accommodate a new slot subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be treated as a cancellation under section 2.2.

2.4 Cancellations by us On the rare occasion we need to cancel or reschedule a session (for example due to illness), we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative date, or offer a full refund for that session.

2.5 Refunds Except where required by law, sessions and classes are non-refundable once booked, in line with sections 2.2 and 2.3 above. This reflects that a slot is reserved specifically for you and cannot usually be resold at short notice. This does not affect your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, where applicable.

3. Mindful Minis subscription

3.1 Subscription billing Mindful Minis is a recurring subscription. By subscribing, you authorise us to take payment automatically each billing cycle until you cancel.

3.2 Cancelling your subscription You may cancel your Mindful Minis subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect from the next billing cycle; we do not provide refunds for the current or any already-paid issue.

3.3 Delivery We aim to dispatch each issue promptly following billing, but delivery timescales may vary. Please contact us at hi@carinahenriques.co.uk if an issue does not arrive within a reasonable time.

3.4 Changes to the subscription We may occasionally need to adjust pricing or delivery arrangements for Mindful Minis. We will give reasonable notice of any such change by email.

4. General

4.1 Health disclaimer Our sessions are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Please consult a qualified healthcare professional if you have any health concerns before booking a session.

4.2 Liability We take all reasonable care in providing our services, but we cannot be held responsible for outcomes that fall outside our control.

4.3 Changes to these terms We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our booking system or subscription after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
